I have received e-mails on DSC from installers from the present and the past,and yes it is better then it was in the past due to getting rid of certain so called supervisors.The Installer is what makes or breaks a (Prime's) installing co.Prime's need to respect the installers and treat them like humans and not subhumans.DSC is guilty of many white lies in the past and will forever taint my respect for them.
