fema trailers are an exception.  There are always exceptions out in the field.  If I have a handicapped customer, I am going to do extra work to ensure that they will enjoy television. 
   If a customer is a well off jerk and acts as though I should have to pay him to step in his house, then I will do what is required as a standard install.  If he refuses to pay for any extra work, then the job will not be done.  One 4 box job will not break my bank.  Everyone I work for knows that I am a professional and that the customers like me, but I don't take ---- from the customer.  If the customer is upset because I wasn't there at 8 when my arrival time is from 8-12, then I will ask them if they want it or not.  It is that simple.  If a customer gets irate, I walk.  I may say "I need to get some paperwork, or I need to make a call", but I leave and call the office and let them know what happened.
I will do whatever I can do to help the misfortunate.  I need all the good juju/kharma/blessings I can get.
