Its not my job!!!

I loathe people who say " Its not my job to do that" It is the Managers fault or Joe blows, I don't get paid for that, its not my responsibility....tisk, tisk! Whatever happened to team work? I will dig a hole , wear a suit, climb a pole, whatever it takes to help out, thats how you get recognized as valuable, and are paid accordingly. I agree with you on one thing Trey....you do need to be in a Union so you don't have to do my job , yours, or anyone else's.
