. you have some years in the buisness and should have some pull since the owners recognised it. give them a call if that doesnt work tell him your taking ur bat and ball and going home. no one wants to lose a job but you have self respect to deal with. if ur not happy it brings down moral and thats where you or someone around you gets hurt. remember moral is #1 and saftey will follow if moral is up...good luck

there are no laws but it sounds to me like they are giving u one of them there ultimatums. I always give them their way and walk.
