It has been my experience, that any contract you have with any prime contractor or sub in the cable business, is pretty much useless for any benefit to you. That is unless you are months behind in getting paid and are still able to find the deadbeat and serve papers in the proper jurisdiction,even then you may never see them in court. If you cannot come to some agreement with the ower or supervisor on the job, your only resource is to pick up your tools and move on to the next job.
