I was going to say that one cannot sign away constitutional rights........voids them contracts, don't ya know?
Your plan is better...shows good faith until screwed.
I learned here.
I also learned the hard way what a lawyer pal advided. Assume the contract will fail/ Prepare for that.....know stuff helpful to lawyers & collection agencies.
The good guys will have no problem identifying themselves. They are in business and hope for a profit from each transaction...because they but and then sell a value to a customer .
The bad guys are not as open about who they are. Ask until they get angry or lie.
