7 feet off locate????????? What the he.. were they smoking. How big a water line was it and how much damage was incurred? Who's insurance settled the claim ? Is the claim resolved? Do you have documented signed off on , and approved copies of your invoices ,signed by the prime and and accepted and approved invoices back from the prime? Fill in those blanks and I'll see how we can help. Also in what capacity and preformance did you serve the prime and did you have a prior incondent? How long have you been doing your Job. Thanks
