No one needs a union , although they already have some in northern states. A union of contractors , run democraticatily by a voting system on all issues . A way of certifing all our contractors , legal protection for its members , a yearly elected board of directors to ensue the fact of fairness to all from inseption. No I could not and will not deal with a union run by a bunch of good ole boys that cover each others a.s.s es . It can be done.
