Be nice everyone, everybody had to start somewhere and he is asking the right questions. I think you need to reach out to a local electrical supply house for supplies, technical support, and some pricing help for your local area. Also reach out for help with further education from them via Leviton or Hellerman Tyton.

My advice is simple, run 2 coax, 1 cat 5e, and one cat3 phone line to each location. Pull them to one central location and label them properly. If you do not know how to punch down then look to another professional to educate and do the work properly.
