I guess it's what you classify as extortion, I like buying them a good lunch on a ride out, gives you time to sit down and clear up any problems, go over the maps, clear up any gray area's and so on, the coke and the $$$ are, in most cases brought on buy the prime not the MSO supervisor,,,,
it's easyer to ask for forgiveness than permission
