The path of GFC destruction continues. Of course they didn't pay the leases, they probably never took them out of the acquired owners' names in the first place. Sorry to hear about your situation - I'm sure you're not the only one trying to track down their trucks.
GFC was about owning nothing and getting in and out for a quick score - bad news for those waiting on that final paycheck. At the highest corporate level, they represented the worst of scumbag corporate carpetbaggers. I wish I had read this article from 2003 (!) before I ever got involved with them...
