Well Ill tell you. Try this, post an add w/ your prices and location. If you want vets pay them more than the 18 year old kid you hired last week. If your tired of excuses share the profits a bit. When I did my first install a million years ago I got 65%. Now its the other way around for these guys. I know the prices the mso pays. You contractors should be ashamed of the money you take.
