So as an Old Dawg(24.8 yrs exp) , I invite you to take that step and consider yourself a "Dawg".
As a Dawg, It is now your responsibility to stay on the young dawgs ass, to lookout for him/her, to give what has been given you, to take time out to train the young dawgs(the right way). and always look out for their safety.
We need more people like you out there in the industry to insure that this industry stays strong in work ethics and respect. I know that your peers would be proud of you.
