        Yes, Tampa is 100% UG. There is some talk of going aerial, but with all the hurricanes down here I don't see it happening. Besides here in Hillsborough and Pasco county there aren't many poles to mount too. Majority of power/existing phone is UG. Nobody seems to know why they can't get the cable in the ground! Right now I belive the splicers outweigh the construction crews, but there is a large UG contractor here who can and have been handling the workload but rumor has it Verizon isn't giving them any work. Again these are all rumors, which everyone is forced to spread because everything seems to be a big "secret" and Verizon isn't divulging any info of what they're up too. If anyone has any further info of the fate of Tampa we'd appreciate it.
