You mentioned it uses SQL, what database backend is it using (ORacle/Sql Server/DB2/SAP?) ... Is the schema published somewhere, or is it provided as documentation by the software vendor? How can I contact the software vendor?
We're in need of third party access to information the cable company has for business reasons, and I'd like to be able to know how/what to directly access for in terms of more direct data access. We've asked them for different outputs of the data we are requesting (For example CSV ... but then they just imported their raw MSWORD-based report output into Excel which is not quite the solution we had in mind).
