I'm where you are. Everything said so far is what I understand. Here is my addition.
Having not been paid--Hi Genco Installs- I am asking the courts for my materials back as in:
"Hi. I installed your DTV system a few month ago and I am here with a court order awarding me my ground block, wire and fittings. The Dish, receivers and remote are the propety of Directv and yourself as per your agreement but I would like my wire now."
I would like to see how far it goes. And yes, Frank, I would like to be paid.
