Well, my mind's made up, or should I say was made up for me.
I was told "You'll get paid when we get paid. If you can't wait, get a lawer to write a letter".
I'm not willing to wait that long. Original agreement was 30 days. Its been 180 days.
I'm getting a lawer, meeting with them this this Thursday. Problem is, even if I get every dime they owe me (around 16,000) I still want to sue them for loss of buisness elsewhere, time spent collecting, putting me out of buisness, pain and suffering, and INTEREST on what I could have been earning.
I've waited this long because I know this is not a good thing.
Can anyone give me advice as to what angle is best to use. I've got phone records, email correspondance, invoices records, personal affidavits, and a cheering section (I'm not the only one, but I'm the first)
Anybody have any luck trying to sue to get their money?
