its a way of letting others know . so maybe they dont get took . its happening more & more and we all need to take a stand. as far as addreses its bad when you work for a campany that has given you false addreses and when you try to collect your money thats owed to you the company who owes you is not the company at this residents. we need to be able to worn others to stop this . Especially when the ball rolls down hill and the innocent have to suffer couse the ball stops in the rong lap.
