. Today I just hope that most of the young guys listen a little, because us old guys , been there and done that. I am suprised that the young guys that are busting there ^^^ in this trade dont get on the ones that arent. You know if you are 25yrs old hooking poles and some 23 yr old comes along slacking you will step up to base. So do it !!! If you need a solution to a problem then ask someone that has been there and done that. Youd be suprised to the answers that you shall recieve if you only ask in a proper fashion.
