hey i agree. you have to use your brain with cable . thats what i loved about it . i mean when ever something would stump me and in the end i was about to overcome the problem i felt good about myself and what i could do . 
hell two monkeys and a trainee could install a satellite . if cable would pay me what they should pay us then i would be right back on the poles .  later every one .  
dtv and dish pay better than cable anyday .  not to mention the customers neighbors you sign up and get over a hundred dollars for . plus the install money .  spend two hours at a customers house installing the system the correct way not the 45 minute way , and make over a hundred then sell it to the neighbor make a hundred for the sale , then install them .  now you have spent 4 hours of your day and already made $300 or so . i'd like to see cable pay that ... yeah right .
