Hawkeye and the Bird

I've written this story before,but there is a whole lot more people here now. Jay Peterson, (Hawkeye) got his nickname from being a sniper in the military. He had the ability to kill heads of state (terroist) that the USG didn't like. He got his nick name from being such a good shot. If I remember correctly he killed a man, being so instructed by the USG, (military) from 1800 yrds. Jay is a real stand up kinda man. He walks in fear of no one. But he also has a kind heart.He is one of 5 licensed Falconers in the United States. Last year we worked the hurricane together in Richmond Va. . He saved my life there. There is no doubt if not for him I would have Died in Richmond last year. It was my onner and privilege to work next to him as he is very good at anything he does. He brought a large female Red Tailed Hawk with him last year.I was privlidged in being able to watch him work with the Bird. She stood over a foot in height,a wing span of approx. 4 feet. A magnifinicant animal. I have never witnessed such a bond between man and animal,especially a wild animal. I will never forget last year it will remain one of my fondest memorys till the day I die.
