I have made $65,000 dollars this year doing DTV installs. I have picked up hundreds of one year agreements. That is the only paper work I have to get. Some print the names and some don't. Some are signed by relatives and some aren't. I have never not been paid for a job due to these petty things nor has the company I work for not been paid by DTV because of it. I guess I am just lucky enough to work for an honest company who doesn't hold money from my check just because I don't wear red shoes on thursday or something stupid like that. All the hoop jumping some companies make you go through to get paid is all a control issue for some control freak. The last comepany I worked for installing Dish Network in St Louis was like that. If you happen to work for one of these companies you better dot your i's and cross your t's as I am sure they have covered their butts legally somehow to not pay you for these stupid things. Good luck with it all.
