Hi folks. Can anybody give me some pointers on VOIP....one of the MSO's we do installs for will be launching it in the next few months. I understand the basic principle behind it, we do some phone installs as well. I'm just wondering about the troubleshooting end of it, what to look for etc. The MSO does not do any telephony, so this will be all new to them. They will be using Motorola units. If anyone has a ballpark figure for install prices, that would be appreciated too.
