Insurance in Florida

We have been hearing a lot of conflicting prices on W/C. We are based out of West Virginia and it costs us about 6%. We do not place any cable (fiber) all we do is splice it. These W/C prices I'm hearing around 20%, is that because of placing cable, poles, anckors, ect? We have only had to get additional coverage in Ohio. they would not accept W.V. W/C. I have never worked in Florida due to the inherintly low prices and distance from home base but am considering it. Also whats the deal on hotels and fuel ? Is this going to be a camping and solar power adventure? Any constructive thoughts would be valuable.
