I was recently asked to work for a Direct TV dealer. This guy pays me cash, sends me jobs daily, and started me with tools and training.\\
Question: Where can I get a contract to hold this guy (dealer) liable for paying me
1.) In a timely manner
2.) in the terms that we both agree per job.
My instincts lead me to cover my a$$ in case he defaults payment.
