DirecTV Group Inc., owner of the nation's largest satellite TV service, will open a call center in Tulsa, employing 1,300 workers, officials said Monday.
El Segundo, Calif.- based DirecTV will open a 93,000-square foot facility in east Tulsa this summer as it expands customer service, a statement from the Tulsa Metro Chamber said.
The new jobs will have an economic effect of $72 million annually, chamber economist Bob Ball said.
