Ok you have been given the usual bla bla bla that never gets the job done. Here is a more interesting approach that usually gets every ones attention and may actually get you paid. Go to the local courthouse and file a lawsuit against your prime and the cable company for non-payment and request as restitution a demolition permit to take down the work you completed or payment in full.
When you request payment only and place a lean against the cable plant the cable company dose not care because they are not selling the plant any way. But when you get a demolition permit that will take down thousands of subs then you get their attention.
