Andy Wright

The board of directors for the Satellite Industry Association met Tuesday to begin the official selection process for a candidate to replace SIA's current President Richard DalBello, the organization reported in its weekly Director's Report.

Last week, DalBello accepted the president job at SIA's sister association, the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association. He takes a position that has been vacant since fall, when then SBCA President Andy Wright departed the SBCA.

DalBello will remain SIA president through March 29. David Cavossa, SIA's director of external relations, will take over until a new executive director is found.
