TWC is accepting bids for 600 miles of plant upgrade in Philadelphia. Manpower is a must to complete minimum 25 miles per week. All material has been in our warehouse since last year, come see for yourself. All design is complete and prewalked. All we need are contractors with the ability to complete work on time and in spec.
