I worked for Charter from 93-00, and I know how they do. They spend all their money on things they didn't budget for. Example, I had a trailer park that needed to be rebuilt, I designed it, and turned it in. The money was set aside for it but beofre they started it they pulled the money from my project (already approved) and spent it somewhere else. So I had to wait another year and keep running repeat trouble calls in the same freakin park. Maybe you are experiencing the same thing. plus, march is budget month for Charter and no contractors ever got work until after then where I was, no matter how far out we were in installs. They would just send other employees from other systems to help, and I worked a college town so we would get behind fast when college came back. In other words, it is normal for them. David Cotten
