Work or Have Worked For DIVERSE NETWORKS?

If you work or have worked for Diverse Networks and have had trouble obtaining your retainage for reasons other than stated within the contract agreement I would Like to know about it. I have been told that my retainage was held in a manner inconsistant with the NC statutes and am currently working with an attorney to resolve this issue. It is my understanding that this policy of Diverse Networks affects not only subcontractors who have already terminated their contracts but also many who are still doing work for them. If Ray Grimsley owes you money I would like to know. My counsel may consider a class action. It is my understanding that Mr. Grimsley's attitude is that he can out lawyer anyone who tries to get their money. I also understand that I am not the first. It is time that we stand up to these guys who take advantage of the subs.
