Proof of Performance

Need person/firm to completely proof 160 miles of year old plant. Must have own test equipment to do all required tests. Complete documentation will be required. Headend color tests may be negotiable as these were done last summer. Will also be required to train system techs to do P.O.Ps. System has HP spectrum analyzer and full Stealth Sweep that could be used. System is 88 Nodes @ 125 homes per.
