Re: what makes a good company

There are some great companies left out there. I was a manager at one and they are a great company to work for. The owner still takes care of even the little guy on the bottom. I see this and wonder why techs still dont want to work. You will never please everyone on all levels. Just remeber when you climb that ladder that you will need people to help you up it. Give them the respect that they deserve and they will stay!
