I have worked for Cox Cable in the past mapping in the Omaha, NE. system. They were up front and accomadating in the fact they know what they want and were appreciative of good work.
As far as factoring companies, they are better than years ago, and I would try one of the ones listed in USA today such as AeroFund. There number is 800-747-4234.
