USI work in Fla. is a bad deal

Be very carefull of working for USI in Florida, especially S.Fla. They don't refund retainage, they lie about rates, short you on footage and geneally present a bad image for a prime. Hopefully, MediaOne will get invoved and require them to abide by their contract. But don't count on it.
