Please understand this is trying to be fair to everyone. It's the only reasonable way to verify that an ad is legitimate and stop the ads with no name or company, no phone #, just "I have work, send resume to (-REDACTED-) ."
In your case, you have your name, company, and address listed and have been around for some time, so it's unfortunate that you have to be inconvenienced by this change. I'm sorry about that. If I could, I would make allowances for the more credible accounts but my goal is to not be doing this much longer. I can't expect the pimply-faced kid with no knowledge of the business doing the monitoring to make judgements on that level.
If you feel there's a better way to accomplish this I'm always open to suggestions.
