3.5 pv to the 5th amp is not unreasonable and a decent sweeper ought to make it every time. Gainmaker is pretty easy to sweep, and if the mso wants tight specs, there are trims available. However, you won't be able to just push buttons to get it. Quality sweepers are hard to find who will work for peanuts, and peanuts are the going rate these days. If you find you can't make the spec often, then you need to address how stable your sweep tables are and how you take your reference and pictures, and if you need to allow for your passives. The cable shouldn't be an issue, as if it fails, the mso ought to replace it. If you need assistance making these specs or explaining to the prime why you cannot, please email me for assistance.
