We are looking for more Primes that MediaCom Communications Corp. also known as MEDIACOM. Have they MediaCom Misteriously Lost your invoices? Took excessively long periods of time to pay your invoices, changed your Exhibit (A) pricing then decided they would pay your old invoices by the NEW EXHIBIT (A) Pricing, OR Just Decided they wouldn't pay you at all? Have they also decided to check work MONTHS AFTER the work was done and decided to remove items? What about your INTEREST on those long overdue invoices, what about that interest they should have paid you on that money MediaCom Owed YOU and decided to pay you 3,6,12 months later THEN SHORT PAID YOU!!
IF SO WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU! We are putting together a Class Action Lawsuit, We already have several Primes involved but would like to get everyone what they deserve.
Subcontractors if you know of a Prime that had this problem please have them e-mail us or please give us a way to get into contact with them.
