There is no rhyme or reason other than we have it good for awhile and then it's the MSO's turn. 22 years and I have been through the storm several times. I blame ATT for the problems this time as well as conglomorate primes with hourly people. Just remember 2 things..Life is tough, but it's tougher when you are stupid and that all money is not good money....Skid
