I hear you loud and clear on this work relationship gone bad. It does bring us back to the point however, if you folks don't cut each others throats, there's a darn good living to be made out there.
Hopefully you got the concept I was bringing to light. With that Prime, it wouldn't have worked and you did it right by factoring yourself. Good luck.
