Follow the Sign In link, scroll down to
Create or Update a User Account.
Fill in the Handle and Email field then go to
almost the bottom of the
page and press the Submit
button. Check your email for the password. Use
the password to sign in, this
time at the very top of the Sign In page. It
will then allow you to
post.

Type in the box at the bottom of the
window. Hit Enter to send the line.

Yes, but you
have to page through 50 at a time. Click the Next link
at the
top or bottom of the list to see the next 50. The Search function also works
now, so that's another
option.
