The company has growth very well and has a solid reputation and performance record. All of the equipment is new in the last 5 years, there is dump trucks, pay loader and more civil type equipment that can be discussed on the sale. There is a 35000 sq. ft. office/shop that will go with the sale of the company, in the shop location there are multiple snow plowing contracts held. This is a turn key business with solid customers and great room to expand even further. I am willing to stay on for an amount of time that can be negotiated and help transfer the company to the new owner. I am will to entertain partial owner financing with the correct arrangement.
