hydraulic reel carrier / trailer like new with title. We purchased jhis Item brand new from Georgia U.G on site. we have Rebuilt J2 lashers & Rebuilt C lashers. I am switching a truck over from aeriel construction to fiber splicing and i alrady have excess tools for all phases of utility contruction. Therefore Available on request: We have brand new manhole work eqipment, Capstan wheel and the hydraulic winch. Also available is a hydraulic strand reel carrier ideal forall large and heavy telephone support system strands . I kindly ask that serious inquiries only be made (PLEASE).
