This is a very nice 2000 model Delta 190 C has new steering clutches also has nee pumps on the shaker box comes with a Tom Williams blade will plow 2 inch 4 inch and a quarter. Work is slowing down so downsizing a little Plow is located in Missouri around Kansas City.
