When I did East St. Louis and Cahokia back around '99-'00, that was around when AT&T BIS took over TCI it wasn't all that bad. A whole lot of burn outs, block after block of them. And the snakes were unreal in the whole area. Not to mention the shootings at the 5-star liquor right there in Cahokia.. LOL..
Definitely wasn't the Design Extender Subdivision, the company Chris built andwas referringg to.It is nestled in at the back of a nice golf course community, that I loved being able to do the engineering on.
But yeah East St. Louis can't be as bad as it was way back then.But yeah do you homework..
