Be warned about St Louis..there are some pretty rough towns that make up St Louis. Back 1981 my company built East St Louis and Cahokia, I was CWA Union then built Chicago in 1984, again CWA union contractor. Lots of easements, some area's needed security guards, had to have all own crews as local's didn't want to work. Just saying: Before you Bid, better go look at the job.
