Re: Comp claim ?

Thanks went through 2 years of comp not wanting to do anything to fix me just delay until weekly benefits ran out the starve me to death to settle. Florida and Texas are the only 2 states that weekly benefits run out in 2 years. That's because they were Bush state's. All other States are 5 years and up.All I can say is that if you are legitimatelying hurt in these states your screwed the rest of your life. I have had 1 operation since I got away from comp.a 3 level cervical fusion and need another one which will leave me with basically no range of motion in my neck and it takes me 3 times longer to swallow food than before so I  hate to think about that along with probably loosing most of my voice.Thanks for the input.
