Charter didn't do it, PEAK did it, they are doing it to anyone who quits because of their money. A couple of my friends have left and they too got balckballed, all over the same crap...now I see they have an ad up claiming up to 3500 per week, this is in smyrna and roswell ga, with their rate schedule and backcharges a guy would be lucky to make his gas money back...
