he wasnt being paid for his work he was justified in quiting....i really doubt that charter or any other cable company would blackball someone for that ....and once again hiring techs is the discretion of the contractor and he only has to abide by their background requirements.....40 bucks says another contrator for charter would hire you.....i went thru that with groupware with a issue on my background and i called time warner and they said it was groupware that wouldnt hire me....on a lighter note that jerk off that fired me got caught stealing from groupware and fires a few months after i left...i got a job working or contracting for charter i had no problems with them
