Hes going to be in the Shitter for a little while unless hes got some funds and a damn good lawyer. Nevada is 1 place you really dont want to screw up in, they are serious and dont do the catch and release program very few other places do. Nevada will likely give him 2 to 5 and allow him to be released after 50% of the term depending on his past criminal history however if this is his 3rd felony conviction as a habitual offender you wont see him again. Hes got his hands full and will truly need a good lawyer and a very reasonable Judge which isnt likely in Nevada. When you look at the stats Mike is done
